The Tree of Life
Ten sefirot, one hidden Da'at, and 22 paths, one for each letter of the Aleph-Bet. This is how Kabbalah maps the flow of light from the Crown down into the world, and through the body of every person. Tap a glowing sefirah or a path to explore. ⚡
The Tree
Left pillar: Severity · Middle: Balance · Right: Mercy. Da'at is dotted because it is the hidden sefirah.
The 22 Paths
Sefer Yetzirah speaks of 32 paths of wisdom: the 10 sefirot plus the 22 letters. The letter paths are numbered 11 to 32. Tap a letter.
The Three Pillars
Mercy
The right pillar: Chokhmah, Chesed, Netzach. Expansion, giving, flow.
Balance
The middle pillar: Keter, Da'at, Tiferet, Yesod, Malkhut. Harmony, the straight road from crown to kingdom.
Severity
The left pillar: Binah, Gevurah, Hod. Form, boundary, restraint.
The Four Worlds
Lurianic Kabbalah describes four worlds, each a full Tree, layered from the most hidden to the one we see. A common mapping onto a single Tree:
Atzilut
אֲצִילוּת
Emanation. Closest to the source; linked with Chokhmah.
Beriah
בְּרִיאָה
Creation. Thought and the throne; linked with Binah.
Yetzirah
יְצִירָה
Formation. Feeling and the angels; the six sefirot from Chesed to Yesod.
Asiyah
עֲשִׂיָּה
Action. The world of doing; linked with Malkhut.
